I've calmed down a bit...beaten, no doubt but not down..everybody experiences some form of suffering whether it's physical, emotional as well as spiritual sufferings. I, myself, is experiencing suffering as well though not as great as Christ and/or St. Paul's. I found this very inspiring video on the suffering of St. Paul.
Compare our suffering with those of Christ and/or St. Paul and ours will fade in comparison...
